At the HS6 digit level, 4,377 products are exported to 217 countries and 4,472 products are imported from 228 countries.

Company must apply for an Import Export Business license from any UAE Free Zones/ Mainland.

Register the company with the customs department of Dubai and obtain an Import Export code to initiate the Import Export business.

Documents required:

  • Declaration form for the import of goods.
  • Specific permit in case of importing certain restricted goods.
  • Delivery Note with shipment details.
  • Invoice accompanying the merchandise details.
  • Detailed packing list.
  • Certificate of origin of the shipment.
  • Trade license copy of the Importer.
  • Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) declaration issued by Dubai Customs Services.
